At the Annual PROPS Awards Lunch, on 23 May, Regal was declared Residential Developer of the Year.

Variety’s Annual PROPS Awards Lunch is one of the most significant property events of the year, honouring successful businesses and individuals in the industry as well as raising vital funds for powered wheelchairs for disabled children.
