Arada London’s award-winning project, The Clarendon Works in Hertfordshire, has been awarded WELL Core Platinum certification by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) – one of the world’s highest standards for health, wellbeing and sustainability in the built environment.
The certification recognises The Clarendon Works as one of only a handful of projects in the UK to achieve this prestigious benchmark. It reflects Arada London’s commitment to creating workplaces that prioritise people, from advanced fitness and wellness facilities to environments that enhance comfort, performance and productivity.
