In National Apprenticeship Week, there’s no better time to shine a spotlight on the fantastic apprentices making a real impact at Regal’s Fulton & Fifth development.
Thirteen apprentices from Bone & Bowler, Gloster, Cousins, AIS, Gloster MEP, PCE, and LMEP are gaining invaluable hands-on experience on-site, working alongside seasoned professionals at Fulton & Fifth. The project is one of Regal’s most ambitious yet, featuring 876 new homes, commercial, and new public green spaces.
Mark Longuehaye, Senior Project Manager at Gloster MEP, said:
“I started as an apprentice. and it was that foundation that has enabled me to work my way up through the ranks to my current position. I am enormously proud to be able to bring our own apprentices forward and to include them in our team at Fulton & Fifth. Their eagerness to learn and contribute brings fresh energy to our projects, and we are excited to see them grow into the skilled professionals our industry needs.”
With the construction and supply chain sectors facing skills shortages, our shared approach with our supply chain to developing young talent helps build a steady pipeline of skilled professionals. Investing in apprenticeships strengthens the workforce and fosters innovation across the industry.
Apprenticeships bring immense benefits—not only for the individuals involved but also for companies and the wider economy. These apprentices are the future of the supply chain, and their contributions are already making a significant impact.
Daniel Frett, Project Lead, Regal commented:
“Our apprentices are the foundation of our future workforce. Their dedication and enthusiasm at Fulton & Fifth inspire us, and we are committed to equipping them with the skills and experience they need to thrive. As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, let’s recognize their hard work and the impact they are making. They’re not just learning—they’re shaping the future of the built environment, one project at a time.”
