Regal repositions to reflect its steady growth and diverse portfolio

The Laundry Interiors

Regal London, one of the capital’s leading privately owned residential-led, mixed-use developers, has launched a new brand portfolio to support its increasingly diversified strategy. The evolution of the brand reflects Regal’s ambitions to grow its student accommodation business that challenges the sector’s established players, deliver best-in class, mixed-use projects, and secure skilled jobs for the communities in which the business operates.

The overall parent brand will now be ‘Regal’, with a portfolio of five sub-brands: ‘Regal London’ (continuing its leading global position on residential assets); ‘Regal Students’, the business’s new Purpose Built Student Accommodation portfolio; and ‘Regal Workspace’ its emerging office portfolio.

Unlike many of its competitors, Regal has for many years retained an in-house construction arm. With an established commitment to quality and the highest environmental standards, this division will be known as ‘Regal Construction’. ‘Regal Academies’ will now have an established footing to continue delivering skilled employment for local people though its onsite construction skills academies.

Haydon Architecture

We never stand still at Regal. Our history of consistent, strong growth shows that we constantly adapt, pivot and seize new opportunities and markets, building on our experience and success of past decades. The new brand portfolio demonstrates the breadth of our abilities, all undertaken by expert in-house teams who see our projects through from start to finish.

It is crucial that we continue to build on our legacy. Our longstanding relationships with landowners, financial partners and London boroughs are testament to our integrity.

This brand evolution celebrates our past and is a true reflection of our diverse and forward-thinking business, positioning us well for the future.
