Following the successful completion of our first joint project, The Haydon in Aldgate, in 2024, we are partnering with 4C to deliver 178 PBSA units, 27 affordable homes, and 3,014 sq ft of flexible commercial space at 33–35 Jamestown Road and 211 Arlington Road in Camden Town.
Designed with reference to Camden’s architectural character, the project wraps around the historic 19th-century pub, 31 Jamestown Road, integrating seamlessly with its surroundings while introducing modern, active frontages that bring new life to the area.
The scheme will offer extensive amenity space of 1.5 sqm per bed, including a gym, cinema, gaming room, study rooms, lounge space, laundry room, private dining rooms and cycle stores. The project is targeting best-in-class ESG credentials including BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Platinum. Planning consent was secured in July 2025 and the site is currently under construction, with Practical Completion forecast for February 2028.
Student living in CAMDEN
The Purpose Built Student Accommodation focuses on well-being, offering a variety of study, social, and relaxation spaces. Central to this is a lush, woodland-inspired courtyard with dense planting and small gathering spaces.
The proposals also include 27 dual and triple aspect affordable homes, 35% of the total habitable rooms, with a mix of social rent and intermediate tenures including three maisonettes. With private outdoor spaces and a shared biodiverse garden, these homes are designed to foster community, connection, and everyday enjoyment. The south-facing garden provides natural play areas, diverse planting, and timber features.
The site is currently under construction, having secured planning consent in July 2025, with Practical Completion forecast for February 2028.
