The former Salvation Army UK and Ireland headquarters at 99-101 Newington Causeway was acquired in 2025. The 0.65 acre site will be transformed into a substantial co-living-led development alongside hospitality, workspace, retail and public realm, creating a vibrant new urban quarter that contributes to the continued regeneration of Elephant & Castle.
